SALES COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management & Support: Processing customer orders and inquiries promptly, ensuring accuracy in pricing and product details, and coordinating with warehouse/shipping teams for fulfilment.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

 Acting as the first point of contact for clients, resolving issues, providing product information, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

  • Sales Team Coordination: Supporting sales representatives by preparing proposals, contracts, quotations, and presentations.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintaining CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with accurate customer data and generating daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports.
  • Administrative Tasks: Scheduling appointments, managing team calendars, organizing meetings, and managing travel logistics for the sales team. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience (2+ years) in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, such as VLOOKUPs and pivot tables) and experience with CRM software.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail. 
  • This role acts as a crucial bridge between customers, sales representatives, and other internal departments to drive revenue growth.
