TERMS OF SUPER STOCKIEST / MEGA DISTRIBUTORSHIP / DISTRIBUTORSHIP:

  1. SUPER STOCKIEST / MEGA DISTRIBUTOR / DISTRIBUTOR means as per your company, it's totally self-oriented business.
  2. Company will receive order of CANDORA PDW always 1400 cases to 1800 cases.
  3. Company receive payment always through UPI or NEFT or Net Banking.
  4. Goods will be despatched within (72) seventy two hours, and also it's depending on stocks and vehicle availability.
  5. All expenses of stocks unloading from (Company Vehicle) will be paid by Super Stockiest / Mega Distributor / Distributor.
  6. Except transport damage company will not be responsible for other damages and expiry stocks. Transport damage details will always be mention on invoice copy and sign by driver for claim.
  7. All purchase goods selling responsibility will be on Super Stockiest / Mega Distributor / Distributor. Company persons are not responsible for any primary or secondary sales.
  8. Super Stockiest / Mega Distributor / Distributor will always work within the areas / towns given by company person.
  9. Super Stockiest / Mega Distributor / Distributor will always be committed for minimum (3000) three thousand cases sales in a month.
  10. If company persons feel that the Super Stockiest / Mega Distributor / Distributor are not capable enough to sale and distribution in his area, then company person is free to terminate the Super Stockiest / Mega Distributor / Distributor. And there will be no objection from the Super Stockiest / Mega Distributor / Distributor for this termination.
  11. If in case there are any false information regarding company and the product, company is liable to take legal action against Super Stockiest / Mega Distributor / Distributor.
  12. Super Stockiest / Mega Distributor / Distributor are bound to submit all details of the list of vendor, shop, hotels, and restaurant etc to the company.
  13. Company is not liable or responsible for the offer / scheme / etc given by the Super Stockiest / Mega Distributor / Distributor without proper company approval.
